Aeliana Emergency SMS Alerts

These terms apply to the emergency text alert program used from Aeliana Emergency Center. This program sends only user-triggered emergency alerts and user-triggered test alerts.

Program description

A signed-in user can add an emergency contact at aeliana.ai/crisis-support.html. The user must confirm that the contact agreed to receive emergency texts before the contact is saved. Aeliana then sends a text only when that user starts a test alert or an emergency alert.

What messages may contain

  • Emergency alerts that ask the contact to check on the user right away.
  • Test alerts that confirm the delivery path is working.
  • A map link when the user chooses to include their approximate location.
  • No sales, promos, or marketing offers.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Contacts receive messages only when the user manually triggers a test or emergency event. There is no daily or promotional texting in this program.

Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only for this emergency and test-alert program. They are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
